Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has recently been refurbished, offering a homely escape with everything you need, but unfortunately, the rooms were hot even with the windows closed and suffered from traffic noise due to a bad location overlooking the high street.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms are in poor condition and poorly located next to the generator, but the service is fantastic. The location is a bit noisy but convenient, and the dining experience, although pleasant, could be improved. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities are decent.
The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Birmingham and the NEC, with inviting surroundings, though with some expensive drinks and decent evening food. The rooms are comfortable, even though there is sometimes noise from live performances below. The staff is incredibly cheerful and willing to help with any issues, and the hotel offers a great selection of drinks. The dining experience varies from poor quality ingredients to an exceptional full English breakfast. The facilities are modern and provide everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is nicely styled in a modern bistro design and conveniently located for various events and transportation options. However, some noise from the live music venue and breakfast quality were issues during my stay.
